New Setting and fixing some

• You can now change the checking interval of the app directly from the tab (instead of right clicking over the window)
• Fixed the closing action from the system tray icon that would close the window instead of the app completly

Inventory Selection

The rune selection part of the control panel is now replaced with the inventory selection one. From the two controls it contains (a combobox and a checkbox) you can select runes and spell recommendation for any position or gamemode that are available.

This changes also lead to a rework of how the runes and spells modification works. Improving readability and performance

Updater and small improvements

Updater

KALUS now has it's own updater that will fetch and update the application when there is a new release.

It will prompt the user for update when one is found at start up.
No more needs manual downloads 👌

Improvements

• Tray icon options to Open, Minimize and Close KALUS
• Option to minimize KALUS instead of stopping the application when closing the window
• Pick & Ban file now is built on first run (or if its deleted). This will prevent the file getting overwritten when updating the app and make the download smaller
• Resetting all the application options (forgot to do it in the older release)
• Adding information such as version and repo url inside assembly

New custom control, new Setting tab and Localization + using application settings

New Utility Controls

The automatic utilities part of the control panel now has toggle switches instead of checkboxes to reinforce the feedback of toggling the utilities on and off.

New Setting Tab

This new tab will host the settings relating the app.

For now it contains just a few but useful settings :

• Check intervals : you can modify KALUS rate of checking or taking action over the League client
• Windows behavior
  • Open KALUS on Windows start-up
  • Open KALUS minimized to system tray
  • Open the app window whenever LoL client gets opened
  • Close KALUS when the client gets closed
• Localization : you can now select your language for the app (localization proposition are welcomed ❤️)

More settings will come with upcoming minor updates.

Localization

KALUS can now handle multiple language throught localization, you can select the language you want from the new settings tab.

Everything from the buttons labels to the logs has been translating to french for now.

If your language is not represented and you would like a translation for it, please do notify me (@KurwaClown on twitter or with github issues/discussions) . I will try to add the language as i find people ready to help for the translation.

Application Settings

KALUS now uses application settings to handle your preferences and settings. This improves readability and makes everything more structured while keeping the preference to the user logged in Windows. It also led to better usage of data bindings usage.

Adding console tab + lite mode

KALUS is now equipped with a console to display what is happening to the user so that they can understand why so things happened.

Lite Mode

A lite mode button is also there to have only the control panel on-screen if the user wants.

Fixing ARAM Trade

Fixing the issues relating trading champions in aram

Adding new Aram features

Rolling until getting a liked champion

Use the aram reroll action to roll until getting a liked champion or being out of rolls.

Pick champion dropped on unliked roll

Picking back the champion dropped by the action of rerolling if it's not wanted. For example if you have ashe and reroll into annie, but you do not want annie (according to your selection), KALUS will pick ashe back for you after the reroll.

Trade for liked champion

KALUS will trade with other players, if available, to get the most liked champion.

⚠️ This features had some issues and is being disabled until fixed

Introducing KALUS

Release v1.0.0 - Initial Release

I'm excited to announce the initial release of KALUS. This release sets the foundation for my application and brings as key features:

• Getting Ready on Match Found
• Champion Pick and Ban
• Aram Swaps
• Rune and Summoner Spells Configuration
