It contains the activation of the Holocene hardfork on the Sepolia network on Tue Nov 26 15:00:00 UTC 2024.
All Lisk Sepolia node operators must update to this release before the activation timestamp, or their Sepolia nodes will halt when the network activates Holocene. It is an optional update for mainnet nodes as it contains various improvements and bug fixes.
