Added Simplified Chinese language pack

Description

The Simplified Chinese language pack is added. This translation is composed by JeremyGolf70 (a.k.a. 空中黑客).

Some terms remain unchanged in English to make it easy to recognize in certain situations. Some strings have been rewritten in Chinese to make it easier to understand.

Time format is not perfect since I have no method to change Mon/Tue/Wed etc. to 星期一/星期二/星期三 etc.
I have no method to change AM/PM to 上午/下午 either.

Hey @JeremyGolf70, I fixed the issue with AM/PM and days of the week.

What would be the most common way of writing dates and times in Chinese? Would you use AM/PM and days of the week, or just use YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm?

Hi, David. It should be like this. AM 上午 PM 下午 Usually, this is written before the time, like 上午9:25 It is fine to be marked as 24h time. Also, most Chinese people know the meaning of AM and PM. As for days in week, it looks like the way shown below. English Chinese Chinese abbr. Monday 星期一 周一 Tuesday 星期二 周二 Wednesday 星期三 周三 Thursday 星期四 周四 Friday 星期五 周五 Saturday 星期六 周六 Sunday 星期日 周日 We mark all days and months in numbers, so it is fairly easy. (Except for Sunday. We call Sunday "Day Sun" in Chinese while for others we call "Day1" "Day2" "Day3" etc.) For example, today is Wednesday, 16th December 2020, the sequence in Chinese is Year/ Month/Day. In formal way, it should be 2020年12月16日 星期三, which is written in my translation. To be casual, it can be written as 2020/12/16 or 2020-12-16 (however, we rarely write days of week in this form). As a full term, assuming it is 9:25 PM, it is written like this: 2020年12月16日 星期三 上午9:25 YYYY年M月D日 DDD A hh:mm (very formal, but okay to use in the heading of aritcles. I saw your titles looks really large so I chose this form) 二�二�年十二月十六日 星期三 上午九时二十五分 YYYY年M月D日 DDD A hh时mm分 (most formal, all in Chinese characters, only used in contracts or national announcements) 2020-12-16 9:25 (24h form) YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm (usually used on website or newspaper articles) As a short term, it looks like this: 12/16 上午9:25 12/16 周三 上午9:25 12/16 9:25 (24hour form) Actually, I cannot really tell you which is a common form. Everyone, everywhere may use differently. That's it. Reply me if there are any other problems. If I have time, I will make Traditional Chinese as well. However, some terms are different among Mainland China, HK, Macao and Taiwan, so I can only produce this version written in Traditional Chinese but using Mandarin term. Regards, Jeremy
