At line 32 I replaced F64 with F2 to correct the SKU type. Check line 19 that contains the correct information.

This is not entirely correct, as the workspace associated with the report in desktop also needs to have an assigned Fabric Copilot Capacity. Tagging in the PBI team to confirm as I no longer work on this team. @lafaberMSFT
