Get all Packagename query Optimisation

Figured out I was unnecessarily complicating a simple logic, fixed it. Leading to significant performance enhancements.

Fixes

• Added notification count.
• Sorted AppWiseNotif list as per display name and added progressbar.
• Search as per displayname.
• Handled Uninstalled app.
