The v2019.10.1 rerun indicated that the filter compiled after the July 2020 cheyenne system work did not sufficiently reproduce. Fortunately, Kevin had preserved the filter executable used for the reanalysis prior to the system work.
That filter reproduces, so to keep the datastream contiguous, we are rerunning with the 'old' filter:
filter -> ../Pre_2020-7_upgrade/filter
