The MSFragger Score column is not in the 'Proteins' tab #37
Comments
Hi Sergio,
I am wondering if you can have the SequestHT or Percolator scores in the
'Proteins' table when performing SequestHT/Percolator searches? If yes, we
might need to check why the MSFragger score is not present in the
'Proteins' table. Thanks.
Best wishes,
Huiyin

We have updated in PD v2.5.0.400 the MSFragger node to the latest version
and the search with this search engine works perfectly but the column with
the MSFragger Score for each protein does not appear in the table (nor is
it hidden), it is simply not there.
On the other hand, the MSFragger Score in the 'Peptide Groups' and 'PSMs'
tabs is there.
Could you please check it and fix it, please?.
Thank you very much,
Sergio

We use 3 search engines with PD. And since the node update only the "Protein Scores" of Mascot and SequestTH are displayed but not those of MSFragger. The same happens if you only use MSFragger, the MSFragger Score column is not shown. With MSFragger 3.3, it was displayed perfectly and we have used it for several years with this version of PD. |
Hi Sergio,
Thanks for reporting the issue. I have checked the codes and have no idea
why the MSFragger score isn't displayed in the 'Proteins' table. I will see
what I can do and let you know as soon as I can. Thanks.
Best,
Huiyin
