Updates:

• Fixed #48 with AppArmor profile for Ubuntu >= 23.10
• Fixed #62: set PATH per user in HKCU instead of HKLM
• Kill process in Windows when docker stops pulling image if running out of disk space and Electron cannot catch the error, leading to abandoned process.
