Following major changes: - ubuntu 24.04 - jupyter lab 4.2.6 - jupyter hub 5.2.1 - python 3.12.7 - install datalad via conda - openjdk-21-jre dockerhub base-notebook are no longer updated
Compress conda and datalad installation into single layer
Install git-annex with apt
