Various fixes and optimizations for temp_files tests

The tests are now compatible down to the 9.2 version.
As 9.1 and below doesn't have cumulated stats for temp
files, we'll have to remove the database's
related perfdata and run the query in background using
$proc->query to catch "live" temps files in tablespaces.
