Text on Discontinuous Galerkin methods, to go along with the code in PR python-hydro/hydro_examples#3 .
I'm not sure yet how suitable this is: another pair of eyes may say that the tone and level isn't right.
Note overlap issues with the WENO PR in particular. Also note the top level file is changed to include the bm package.
