RAMIP: Add new variables from RAMIP-cmor-tables. Note variable RAMIP_…

…day/o33 (ozone on 3 pressure levels) was modified to have modeling_realm of 'aerosol' for consistency with other ozone variables, and assigned to the aerosol tables respectively
