…day/o33 (ozone on 3 pressure levels) was modified to have modeling_realm of 'aerosol' for consistency with other ozone variables, and assigned to the aerosol tables respectively

These are RAMIP variables copied over from the RAMIPday and RAMIPmon mip tables here
Modifications to the RAMIP tables:
_at_the_surfaceappended -- these are not in the latest (v86) release of the CF standard names and I don't see a proposal for adding them.@ramipaerosols, please check that you are happy with these changes
