Added a 3D printable housing design.
Due to part sized and intricacy this is not feasible print with an FDM printer, an SLA resin printer is recommended.

Additionally some sort of 0.01mm thick plastic film is required to be glued to the backs of the buttons to hold them in, and a custom cable was made using the insulation from 26AWG stranded silicone wire, and 5 strands of 38AWG magnet wire threaded through it.
