- Copy source to typoroot/typo3conf/ext/twitter_feed
- Initialize plugin in the typo3 backend
- Register a new application at http://dev.twitter.com and get your consumer key/secret, private token/secret and anywhere API key
- Add typoscript configuration to your master template or any template you wish to enable the plugin for:
plugin.tx_twitterfeed.settings { consumerKey = <insert key> consumerSecret = <insert secret> anywhereAPIKey = <insert api> }
- Add a new feed with account using 'list' in the typo3 backend.
- Manually add your private token/secret to the database to the twitterfeed_account table (this will be fixed in backend soon)
- Add the plugin to a page
- Clear your typo cache
- All should work.
- This plugin is still very alpha. Functionality is extremely basic and unconfigurable. Feature requests are welcome.
