[Paywalls V2] Fix border being hidden by next sibling component #4523

Motivation

There was an issue where a sibiling component would overlap the border and make it look like border didn't exist

Description

Just needed to subtract 1 from the max y

Not sure if intended, but definitely useful, I've added something similar locally in the past to debug paywall errors so I'd keep it.

Yea I agree! Maybe we should use our logger though, instead of a print statement?
