Problem Statement

The TestSimpleContentAccessOnly scenario fails in stream and 6.17.z since entitlement mode is not supported in 6.16.z (pre-upgrade) so it fails in setup with

failed on setup with "requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 410 Client Error: Gone for url: https://satellite.redhat.com/katello/api/organizations/20/simple_content_access/disable"

Solution

Remove the scenario and related fixture.
