Fix items that can open containers(customizable).
Fix dupes of fluids in the GriefPrevention regions, if the player does not have rights to interact with the block, but he can interact with the item(optional).

Исправляет дюп жидкостей в приватах GriefPrevention, если у игрока нет прав на взаимодействие с блоком, но он может взаимодействовать с предметом.
