Galaxy tools developed at the Earlham Institute

This repository contains a variety of different Galaxy tools, workflows and visualisations developed and maintained at the Earlham Institute.

Many tools are already available on the Galaxy Tool Shed.

All tools are available under the MIT license, if not specified otherwise.
