Communication and working on Repo

Communication between group members.

Use Discord or Whatsapp to communicate with peers.

Have a regular meeting with your team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page. So that 2 different groups don't start working on the same problem. (Which is very ineffective).

Try to be available as much as possible so that team members don't have to wait for you.

Working on the project

Work on the problem/task by yourself or do the pair programming(Best practice). Sometimes working in pairs can bring very good solutions to the table.
