fix: disable $ref in AI schemas (html format)

Some models (e.g. gemini 2.0 flash) don't correctly work with $ref in schemas. In this PR, we fix this by removing the $ref of the block schema and just including the schema directly. The cost of this is low as in the HTML format the schema (and thus the duplication) is minimal.
