Similar to #351: Updates all package dependencies for "orchestrating" app and server app, and most packages for the client app. Further investigation/testing of Formio package updates are needed, as there have been a few issues in the past preventing us from updating to the latest version of Formio packages, which has ripple effects on the other packages we can update (the biggest being updating React to v18).
