Install directory has been changed, so to transfer all your accounts to the new version copy accounts.ini from C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\W3D3\SteamAccountSwitcher to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\W3D3\Steam Account Switcher
