Pushing this out as I don't think I'll have time for finishing this anytime soon/in the near future.

Added:

all relevant HTTP methods
retry delay/count
CURL erroring out on bad codes optionally
bunch of useful temp vars + CURL functions that help with getting the info
reworked the class to be more modular

TODO:

file upload wasn't really tested, I don't think it works
conflicts fixes etc.

Feel free to finish and merge
