Whitehill Product Diagnostic

An official tool created for streamlined support.

This tool was developed by @prpl.dev to allow Whitehill Support staff to identify common issues when utilising Whitehill products.

Build instructions

You need to have Rojo 7 installed - this can be done through Aftman

To install Rojo: aftman install

To build this tool: rojo build -o module.rbxm

Important

Features:

• Checks for collission & weld issues with DWProx doors.
• Checks for installed products with no associated Axon license.
• Checks for non-axon licensing (AutoPro + KONE Turnstiles).
• Able to assist users turn on HTTP via a prompt.
• Partial SCO V3 support.

To-Do:

• On management approval, add a function for sharing product settings.
• Axon command for turning support codes into english readable game issues for support agents.
