And Bump to new version of Roslyn libs
have moved the original work to issue #174 and changed this PR to be only the upgrades for net 6 and roslyn 4.x
Lots of overdue upgrades here so we can continue improving smothly
Have completely removed netframework support, will add a note in readme for net framework projects which nuget packages to use and they can be frozen on an older version
