This section contains project plans and priorities,
currently focusing on work to be done over the next month it should eventually encompass longer term plans.

### Blockers, challenges and other discussions

#### May

- Long weekend did wonders but motivation last week was an issue (general state of affairs)
- So much to do for the Community, if this does not improve next week after June event I might ask for some help on it (Aida, Kirstie) and more "formally" take a step back myself

Not exactly a blocker but spent most time on non-prioritised stories (Grants & TRE Community)

- UK TRE Community is taking more RPM time than planned, natural due to transition phase (yesterday we were doing everything for the community), started to delegate back to other chairs/cmwg members. Hope to "solve" this in the short term (probably after 5 June event)

- Need some steer from PIs on grants.
- What is our pitch?
- _Who_ is writing the proposals?

### Monthly priorities: April
