Is there an option to choose between this template and another (e.g. for deliverables, where we wont need these checks)? |

Afaik we can put multiple templates into the template folder and then choose accordingly. I can add a template for the deliverables as well in a few minutes. |

This PR adds templates for future PRs, both for regular ones and deliverables.
