Automatic Addition of 'Modified by' Field in Cases

User story

As a facility manager
I need the 'Modified by' field to be automatically updated when I click "Update Case"
So that the system accurately tracks who made the most recent changes

Acceptance criteria

When a user clicks "Update Case", the 'Modified by' field is automatically updated to the current user.
The change is reflected immediately in the case details after the update.
The updated 'Modified by' field is stored correctly in the database.
