Redirect a logged-in user when visits a guest page like /login or /signup

You're just trying to redirect logged-in users back to the home page if he/she tries to go to the login or signup pages? I think this can be done in a much simpler way..

Yes, but potentially there might be other pages too, e.g. a password recovery/reset page.
