Problem

  • Tests in blockstore rely on legacy shreds
  • Legacy shreds are not used in the cluster

Summary of Changes

  • Remove legacy shreds from a couple of tests where logic does not need to change
  • Remove ignored and commented-out tests that rely on legacy shreds (we have not used them in >4 years)
