This is ARM only so it isn't available in official repo or AUR
- Re-add a few dependencies/features that should build just fine now. - Also enable sse2neon which is needed for simd on arm.

This includes adding a few packages that are probably holding back the latest blender from being built.
The usd package was also in this dependency chain but it should build just fine using the upstream PKGBUILD as long as its dependencies
embreeandmaterialxare built.
