Add support for Radxa Cubie A5E with linux 6.12, initial support for Allwinner A523/A527/T527 by Andre Przywara.

How Has This Been Tested?

Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes. Please also note any relevant details for your test configuration.

  • Tested on radxa cubie a5e 2gb ram without emmc
  • The kernel is 6.12 using Andre Przywara "apritzel" branch
  • GPT partition table
  • MBR partition table

Hello, there is a problem with the firmware shared before, it can't be started by eMMC, and the IP address is not recognized, please fix it, thank you!

I just downloaded the PR and build armbain, try it on my board (1GB RAM), but the boot is stuck at the first line of U-Boot.
