Purpose of the report: This report is used to have a broad understanding of how the program is improving the KPIs of that area or currently what is the status of various health parameters in that area.
Title of Report in Metabase: Census Report for IHMP
Columns (along with logic for columns except for the basic ones):
Column | Description |
---|---|
Indicator | Various indicators that need to be tracked for a given population in a given time range |
Actual | Actual Number of the given indicator in the area in a given date range |
Expected | Expected Number for that indicator in the area in a given date range (Mainly that is calculated based on the population) |
% Covered Actual Vs Expected | Percentage Coverage for each indicator in that area. % is calculated as ((Actual/Expected)*100) |
Filters: PHC, Subcenter, Village, Name of ASHA, Filter between two dates (By default It will show the total Numbers irrespective of the time and area)
Logic for data: The report Calculate all the indicator individually and then all the indicators are put together. Voided Individuals will not be calculated.
Purpose of the report: This list shows all the post-natal mothers in that area in the selected date range.
Title of the report in the Metabase: List of Post-natal mothers
Logic for data: List of women with the delivery form filled and delivery date <= 48 days. Exited women will also show in this reort if the visit is done during selected date range.
