missing icons in the systray menu on Linux
add option to disable music effects smoothings (causing drop of the output from 60Hz to 20Hz)
fixed some issues with the Arch Linux installer (echo replaced with printf for the correct colored output, switched hostname option and changed service template location)
refactor Smoothing module and music effects
