Baudline seems to swap I/Q channels in quadrature mode or at least expects the input data in opposite order compared to gnuradio. A signal x Hz above the center frequency is shown x Hz below. (Compare with gnuradio waterfall sink.) Therefore I propose to activate -flipcomplex by default.
Tested with version 1.08 and gnuradio 3.7.8
