Added GlueX protocol to ecosystem

Added GlueX protocol to the Base ecosystem lists to reflect its inclusion as a part of the Base network's ecosystem partners.

Notes to reviewers

• Although craefully checked, Please verify that the GlueX entry matches the format and structure of existing protocol entries.
• Double-check that the link, description, and image are consistent with the content style used for other ecosystem items.

How has it been tested?

• Verified that the new entry renders correctly on local dev server.
• Checked that it appears as expected in the Base ecosystem section across devices.
