- Changed the composer.json to use Jimdo's prometheus_client_php as i…t allows us to define which Redis Database we'll use;
- Removed the default metric labels as it is not supported by Jimdo's prometheus_client_php;
- Created middlewares for Laravel and Lumen that group the metrics by route without the parameters' values;
