This PR replaces the "Dir Up" icons in ISDesk and GeoManager. But why?
The icon in ISDesk has always been colorful but it was using a 256-color 8-bit icon that used up way too much memory.
The GeoManager icon has always been b/w and was not updated to color once ISDesk was introduced. The button has therefore always been quit "invisible", although it has an important function and should be easy to discover.
The new icon, that is now used for both ISDesk and GeoManager, looks exactly like the previous ISDesk icon, but uses only a 16-color palette with 4-bit.
