Backend

In develop branch, run

cd MemoristAPI/   
python -m venv venv
venv\Scripts\activate.bat #Windows
source venv/bin/activate #Linux
pip install -r requirements.txt
python manage.py migrate --settings=MemoristAPI.settings.base
python3 manage.py runserver --settings=MemoristAPI.settings.base

Frontend

1. Download CORS extension to your browser (eg. Allow-Control-Allow-Origin: * for Google Chrome)
2. Enable cross-origin resource sharing
3. Add *://*/* to intercepted URLs
4. In master branch, run

cd resources/material_kit/   
npm install    
npm start
