Acceptance criteria

  • Add the Cal-ITP logo to the header
  • Colors: Change the header background to black, text to white
  • Text size, Text decoration, Font weight - match the comps. But do not worry about font.
  • Both Django admin and In-Person flow use the same layout and code

Reworking the approach of this issue:

  • Clean up templates: No more 1 template per style file
  • Clean up redundant overrides within needed templates
  • Add one new theme.css file. The goal is to be able to: Add Bootstrap, Add theme.css, Add these to base, and get the same result.
  • Docs: Add README for how to name, how to override, what to not change/override
