ファイルをみてもらうとわかるんですがColors.blueを使っていたところはTheme.of(context).primaryColorみたいな感じで変えてます。
ThemeDataを宣言するところでprimaryColorを指定するとその色がすべてに反映されるのでできるだけこの「Theme.of(context).~~~~」を使ってくれると助かりやす！
なるべくで構いませぬ！現状は
Colors.blue == Theme.of(context).primaryColor
Colors.white ==Theme.of(context).scaffoldBackgroundColor
ぐらいです
