* Add intermediate CA e2e test The CAPI provider will either generate self-signed CA certificates or use the certificates specified through k8s secrets named {cluster-name}-{purpose}. We'll add an e2e test that exercises this feature, passing intermediate CA certificates and ensuring that the cluster is properly bootstrapped. Implements: KU-2512 * Address PR comments * increase the number of control plane nodes * add front-proxy CA
