vlcj 5.0.0 Release
This release will drop support for VLC 3.x and require VLC/LibVLC 4.x as minimum.
The approach now is not to litter the codebase with a lot of crufty conditional version-checking code.
Fixes in vlcj-5 will be backported to a vlcj-4 maintenance branch wherever possible.
The release date will be whenever VLC 4.0 is released.
