PulseTLM -- A Transmission Line Matrix (TLM) based modelling
and simulation package.  Note while this code is more capable when
compared to the Toy series, PulseTLM remains designed more as an 
educational tool.


In order to test the make, cd into tests.  Once there, make check.
This will run the tests to create several test.log files.  You should
compare each of these by hand because the numerical precision can vary
significantly from system to system.  Hopefully the only major
differences you will see are the simulation times.  8)
