Hey @evankanderson, could you just sort out the DCO status check? The others are substantial and unrelated enough that we can overlook those for now. |

These SBOMs have been published for a few years, but we didn't have clear documentation on fetching the SBOM from the image until recently. Link to it now that it exists.
