Use shikijs/textmate-grammars-themes, as that's where grammars are now. I updated the script to support the different repo and ran it.
Looks like this removes:
lispin favor ofcommon-lispandemacs-lispphp-html, this doesn't exist anymore in shiki, I don't know whypolar, added in Add polar to list of supported languages #40, should be added to shiki?txt, I don't think this ever existed in shiki
