This version named Acanthamoeba castellanii (as the first species in the catalog starting with the letter A):

• Integrate the existing catalog of Pachero and Segré (with dedicated encoding of unknown values and doi as references)
• Set the Github Pages for the download of the formatted catalog
• Document how to contribute to the catalog with PR by adding a line to the formatted catalog
