monorail_beam is a Streamlit app intended for structural engineers undertaking the design of
underslung monorail beams in accordance with Australian Standards. The current iteration of the app
undertakes design checks in accordance with the DRAFT/PUBLIC COMMENT release of AS 1418.18:2023 -
Cranes, hoists and winches, Part 18: Crane runways and monorails. As this standard is in draft
format, the results are informative only and should not be used for design purposes.
