Fixed deprecations

This release fixes a number of deprecations with the newer releases of CakePHP. It also pushes up the minimum required CakePHP version.

New release

Latest release with support for FriendsOfCake/Boostrap-UI 1.0.0

Included templates, layout and elements

In this release I have included a basic admin layout, navigation elements along with the styles. This means that your basic admin layout can be created very quickly by simply copying the templates into your project and customising them.

You will still need to do some work customising the templates and populating them with your content, but the framework is now provided.

Recent panels can feature lists of things which have changed most recently in your application along with the most recently logged in admin users.

There is a large panel at the top to allow the display of a graph.

Added index title tag

A minor update which adds an h1 tag to the index template.

Forced requirements

This is a minor release which updates Composer to include the requirements rather than making them optional.
